Lions will get some wins this season posted on 10/01/2008
With recent firing of GM Matt Millen, I feel the Lions are in better shape without this man. He never did anything as GM. He drafted too many wide receivers. He should have drafted another quarterback, I know they drafted MSU star Drew Stanton but I don't think he is going to be any good. I feel they should have draft Jay Cutler from Vandy a few years ago. He is playing well with Denver, while we got Jon Kitna as quarterback. Kitna is nice Christian fellow but he is not a good NFL quarterback. They should start Stanton now or Dan O to see if they are any good. I feel they should get an opportunity instead of same ol' same ol stuff with Kitna. All Kitna is a fantasy football player, great with stats however doesn't mean wins. This week they play Chicago, I doubt it will be on TV. I feel they will win this game however I also feel that former Lion Kevin Jones will have a good day probably getting at least 100 yards. I feel they will win 12-10 in the win. Four FGs by future Lions hall of famer Jason Hanson. More next week, stay tuned....
